Delivery across Portugal
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on orders of €50 or more. Orders under €50 have a flat €22 delivery charge. We deliver to every postcode in Portugal.
Dispatch and timings
Standard delivery: 2 business days handling plus 7 business days transit, approximately 9 business days in total. Standard costs €22 below €50 and is free at €50 or more. Express delivery: 1 business day handling plus 3–5 business days transit, approximately 4–6 business days in total, €22 at every order value. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Custom orders have their lead time confirmed before payment.
Customs and import charges
Orders dispatch from Thailand. We pay import taxes, duties and customs clearance charges; these are not charged to you on delivery. If a carrier asks you to pay an import charge, contact us before paying so we can resolve it.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. See Track Your Parcel if you need help with it.
Larger or custom orders
If you are ordering for a whole house, or you need a size outside the standard range, ask for a quote before you order and we will confirm the timing with you.
